Pay the ¥3 non-refundable phone-booking fee at the pickup window.
Expected: The ticket is completed.
If it does not work: The fee is not refunded even on cancellation.
If your commercial insurer is one of the ~20 direct-billing partners, ask the desk to route the claim instead of paying cash.
Expected: Insurer settles directly with the International Medical Center.
