  2. Register the patient profile

    Register / bind the patient profile with 身份证 / 护照 / 有效证件 (App flow).

    Expected: A patient profile exists for the booking.

    If it does not work: If App registration fails for a foreign passport, call the dedicated line instead.

  3. Specialty clinics are phone-only

    For 特约门诊 / 口腔科 / 产科, use the phone-only numbers listed for that clinic.

    Expected: Booking reaches the correct specialty desk.

  4. Confirm direct billing before you travel

    If your insurer cooperates with PUMCH, confirm direct-billing before arrival so you do not self-pay.

    Expected: Insurer settles directly with the hospital.

    If it does not work: If the insurer is not on the "近30家" list (list not published on these pages), be ready to pay and claim later.

  5. Arrive at 东单院区 and follow the one-stop flow
